We have had to restore to a recent backup of our billing and support area. If you have submitted a ticket between 11/16 and 11/18, please be aware that your ticket is not going to show up inside of your client area. Please resubmit a ticket and we will take care of things as soon as possible.   We are working to mark invoices that were paid from 11/16 until today as paid. Please allow...
